Very good, their tech was able take the dead bolt section and replace with new one. Took a several minutes and a good deal of work, but he got it out and replaced with new one. I did not have to change the key.

We had a dead bolt lock that was locked shut and the key would not open it. I called at nine, The tech was over by ten and quickly and efficiently fixed the lock without having to replace it. He was polite and smart and really knew what he was doing. I was so pleased with such wonderful service. I highly recommend and could not have been better.

He reached out to me immediately after I texted . A technician was at my house the next afternoon to repair our frontdoor lock. He was prompt, quick, and reasonably priced. He's also a very nice man. Needed to replace an existing bolt with a smart lock. The hole was too small so it needed to be enlarged. He installed it quickly, and fixed the alignment on the door so that it latches and looks with no effort. He was prompt, on-time and great to work with. Highly recommended
